Food, Drink, and Fun made Thursday evening at Chroma in Lake Nona a perfect Florida evening. On November 10, 2016, TeamOne hosted a Donor Appreciation night at the new hotspot in Lake Nona as a Thank You to all the donors that helped make TeamOne a team of Champions with their support.

The Evening

Chroma made for a colorful, modern backdrop to the gathering of donors and team members. The weather cooperated with clear skies and a light breeze. The food was plentiful. Chef RaShau’s culinary skills were not lost on this crowd. His inspired interpretations of favorites like tacos, chicken satay with peanut sauce, and guava and goat cheese flatbread were not just beautiful but tasted delightful. Ginger soda, raspberry lemonade, and the local Tavistock branded wines were among the favorite beverages of the evening. As a token of appreciation to the donors, some special thank you gifts were awarded. Now, there was a little work involved. Guests had to provide the right answer to questions. Gifts included a workout set of towels and water bottles, tickets to comedy clubs, tickets to LegoLand, and tickets to Orlando City Soccer. The team looks forward to next year’s event. This is just a small token of appreciation for all that the donors contribute … not just monetarily but also in spirit and encouragement to the riders.
