The Ride

The day started at 72 degrees which quickly crept up to 82 degrees within the hour. Since this is Orlando the humidity level was about 96%. It was a good easy ride with the ability to chat while riding together. One of the many highlights of the day was once the ride was over the volunteers and staff handed out Tour de Cure scented damp towels to freshen up prior to breakfast.

Presenters

One speaker after the other was providing their personal experience as to why they support the American Diabetes Association in Orlando. Each of these speakers commanded attention in their commentary and were very personable with their lighthearted comedic statements sprinkled throughout their conversation with the audience.

After the Keynote speakers finished their personal commentary and the meeting was over, I think all in attendance were reinvigorated to go out and do all they can to assist in this cause.

Keynote Speakers
