On Saturday, July 23, several TeamOne members joined others in the Baldwin Park area of Orlando for an inaugural class on Movement Foundation and Animal Flow Training.
The day was wonderfully clear and HOT. In the PCC event on July 16, 2016, there was “soft tissue support” provided by Dr. Chad Eldridge the Movement Mechanic. This is not all he does. There is so much more to fitness, and Dr. Chad invited community members to learn foundation training and animal movement. These approaches help in increasing flexibility and fitness. People were at all different levels of fitness and flexibility. The techniques Dr. Chad shared work regardless of anyone’s fitness level though. The Foundation training focused on learning how to breathe and increase capacity. The animal movement, or ABC, allowed the attendees to work on flexibility, while having a lot of fun at the same time. There was the ape, beast, and crab movement.

Thank you,
TeamOne
Thank You, Dr Chad, for the invitation to such a great and fun way for our members to keep in shape!
Thanks also go out to Diana, Kenesha, Tim and Z for representing TeamOne on this event. Looks like everyone had a great time and workout!
It was a great day for exertion, sweating and physical challenges while performing simple, slow, and controlled movement. Things were fun and easy, but wow, it was a workout without knowing at the moment that you are working out. I felt it two days later, but it wasn’t bad. It was the kind of slight pain which lets you know you worked out, but it didn’t hinder my movement.
Dr Chad’s passion for what he does is very infectious and uplifting. I will be at the next class for sure!!!
